CSPA, the Civil Servant Pensioner Alliance campaigns on behalf of pensioner’s throughout the UK with over 55,000 members. Managing those members requires a well-designed solution which SAMTEQ designed and built as part of a complete IT solution and members IT support project, delivered by Partners, BC Technologies. The member’s management system drastically reduced administration by designing intuitive interface for the administration staff and automating many of the tasks, ultimately giving better service to its members and reducing cost.
