Balmoral Castle features both a SurveyGenius™ feedback & marketing system alongside a bespoke interactive exhibition kiosk.

The wall mounted SurveyGenius™ system allows visitors to send E-postcards to friends as well as providing feedback on their visit. This provides Balmoral with a powerful marketing tool as well as real-time visitor feedback.

The freestanding bespoke touch screen currently displays the profiles of the royal family yet is fully editable to allow the content to be changed easily for each season.

Technologies:

The Touch Screen Units are designed to be both reliable and secure with a cut down operating system and encrypted data transfer over a private network. The units start up automatically and shut down out of hours making sure the staff do not have to carry out maintenance, apart from a clean.
